2. Children can collect various kinds of seeds and draw them in their notebook. In case,

a seed has special features such as spines or hair, they should try to find out how these
features help in the dispersal of these seeds.
3. Visit a field and ask the farmer about the kinds of crops he grows, the types of manure

and pesticides he uses and the methods of irrigation used.

Lab Activity

Study the structure of a flower. The teacher should show various parts of a flower to

the children and ask the children to study its various parts.
