                    The food that helps to develop and grow

                    our muscles, like milk, eggs, pulses, meat

                                                                  sugar, rice, potato etc.

                    Water is very important for us.

                    Water also helps us to stay healthy.

                    We must drink at least eight glasses of water daily.
