1. Make a list of exercises you do.
2. Do light exercises daily for at least half an hour.
3. Make a list of things you do daily to keep good health.
4. The table given below contains a list of things you should do every day. Mark
a tick ( ) in the ‘P Yes ’ column, if you have done it and cross ( ) in the ‘O No ’
column, if you have not. For each ‘P’, you get 2 points and for each ‘ ’, you get O
zero. Add up your score. Find out what you have scored out of 10.

Create Your Own World
1. You must have seen very fat children. They eat more junk food and do less
exercise. Talk to them. Can they change their food habits? What type of
food they should take? Make a list of healthy food for them.
2. Prepare a chart on “what we must do” and “what we must not do” to
maintain health and hygiene. Display it in your class.
