                    Keeping fit and healthy is important for all of us.

                    We must eat healthy food and keep ourselves
                    clean to stay fit and healthy.

                    Our body needs exercise            .

                    We also need to play          every day.

                    Exercise  and  playing  keep  our  body  fit  and

                    healthy.

                                                                              We  get  tired  after  playing  and

                                                                              studying.

                                                                              We need to take rest.

                                                                              To  maintain  good  health,  we

                                                                              need to sleep       at least eight hours.

                                                                              We  should  go  to  bed  early  at

                                                                              night.

                                                                              We  should  get  up  early  in  the
                                                                              morning.
