Some animals eat the meat of other animals.
They are called flesh-eating animals.
Tiger, lion, dog, wolf etc. are flesh-eating
animals.

Some animals eat both plants
and flesh. They are called
omnivorous animals. E.g. : bear,
pig, cat, chimpanzee etc.

ANIMALS NEED SHELTER
Animals need a home to keep them safe.
A home keeps them safe from heat, cold and rain.
If animals are kept at or near home, we have to make special shelter for
them.
A dog is kept in a Kennel. Fish are kept in an Aquarium. Sheep are kept in a Pen.
A cow is kept in a Shed. Hens are kept in a Coop. A horse is kept in a Stable.
