±      Use floss to clean between the teeth.

                    ±      Also clean the tongue to remove germs. Germs attack our teeth and also
                           cause bad breath.

                    ±      Avoid having too many sweets, sugary snacks or soft drinks.

                    ±      Eat food that is healthy for teeth and gums. Eat hard fruits like apples

                           whole instead of cutting them.

                    ±      Visit the dentist regularly for check-ups.

                    ±      Calcium is very important for strong teeth. We get it mainly from milk,
                           curd, cheese and other milk products.

                    ±      Eating salads protect our teeth from germs. Chewing fruits and salads

                           improves blood flow to the gums.
