              We must sleep for about 7   to 8

              hours everyday.



             We get rest or sleep. If we do not get


             enough rest, we may fall sick.

             Along with rest, we also need to exercise.                                     Sleeping

             Exercise keeps the body fit.


             Walking, running, skipping, cycling and playing are all very good

             exercises.
